The best way to get your artwork to us is by using a DropBox folder or using a WeTransfer. Should you still have issues we can then send you an online FTP server where you can find your customer id folder and you can upload your files securly on our servers.
Our payment terms are very simple and that we need 100% payment before any production or fabrication can take place. Once your payment has been recieved and is showing in our account your job card is opened and we then update you on the progress of your order until its ready to be installed, delviered or ready for collection.
Unfortunatly not. Our little elves are quite shy and at time's a little grumpy and dont like prying eyes while they are hard at work on your products
Due to safety reasons in the the fabrication and production process we cannot allow customers on site.
No problem, we have skilled designers who wlll gladly assit you with any design requirement that you may have. We charge a flat rate of R350.00 per hour for design time and this includes proofs and final layout for production.
We do not normally charge a call out fee, however if we need to come to site and do various measurments during constuction then a flat rate will be charged at R450.00 in the greater Johannesburg area.
For meetings and first time consultations we do not charge a call out fee.
Unfortunatly due to the industry standards we cannot abide by a cancelation policy.
Should you not be happy with the product, we will then request in writing that you give us a valid reason why and we will look at how to refund the client.
Should damage arrise from courier or any third party, this will be covered by our insurance company.
